• Taxa hierarchy is from GBIF - largest taxonomy database (~4.5M taxa).
• En/ru labels, pictures and links to external resources are from Wikidata.
• Click enWiki external resource to open Wikipedia.
• Click wcImages to view images of chosen taxon.
• Click LifeMap url to explore more detailed close-up view of chosen taxon hierarchy!
• On mouse hover, a line from parent taxon appears.
• Edges are curved clockwise: imagine clock arrow moving through it, that's would be a direction of an edge. E.g. edges bent like letter 'C' point from bottom to top.
• Control level of visual clutter with checkboxes at topright corner.
• Rely on "Scientific" labeling strategy to avoid GBIF-Wikidata mapping errors.
• Missing external url? Add it to Wikidata, probably it will appear straght away.
• Use Shift+Alt+Drag to rotate.
• Ctrl+F5 can help in resolving performance issues.
